First of all, I'm just letting you know that my blog is down for a little while. I'm fixing some bugs and all that good stuff. I will let y'all know when I get them fixed! Love ya!
Howdy doody, boys & girls!
Sugar rushes are the strangest thing. That's what I get for eating Hot Tamales.
I'm doing good. Had a nice weekend off. Did nothing except for shopping on Saturday with Mark. I bought 4 new tops. He's insisting he'll teach me how to sew so it's not so expensive to get tops. I love my friends.
Bought books yesterday. I got Creation in Death by JD Robb and four other books. So far, they're good. Creation in Death was interesting. JD Robb is notorious for introducing the villains early on in the book and then you have to figure out who did it. Not this time though.
This one was very interesting. Lots of twists that made for an entertaining book.
I'm doing okay. Have a bit of a sinus headache today. The weather is changing! Wah! We've had exceptionally beautiful weather for the last few weeks, but that's supposed to stop tomorrow. Rain is coming back to Portland! Boo!
Work's been busy this week. That's okay. Makes the day go by faster.
At least I'm working. I'd hate to be unemployed again. I did get something in the mail today about my insurance going up though. Sucks. Aw well, it's still great insurance. I'm not complaining too much.
We find out the sex of the baby on the 19th! Very excited. In some ways I hope it's another boy, but deep inside I really, really want a niece. Really, really do. Want to play Barbies, dress-up, girly clothes...all the things you do with a niece.
Um...not much else going on. I still need to come up with a topic for my blog entry on Friday for TFTC. I don't know what I was thinking doing a blog regularly about writing. I've been slacking really, really bad lately. Aw well, once the holidays are over I should be back in the swing of things. My life just gets so nutsoid around this time of year. I work retail for Pete's sake!
Well, I'm outta here. Reading Wolf at the Door by Christine Warren. I like it. She's got a very funny writing style which makes for a very fun read. Nite!
